Good things here
I lived here as tenant for almost 2 years, So from my personal experience i can say that the property owners and landlord are really understanding, helpful and respectful. It is a beautiful society and good regular maintenance makes it really best in Goregaon East. Ammities within camps are gyms, parks, RO water plants, clubhouse, playing arena, electricity backups, grocery stores, cafeteria, video surveillance systems etc. School, Colleges, ATMs, Banks, Hotels, Medical facility are just few miles away. Monthly maintenance cost is low and affordable. Construction and renovation is excellent which includes high end fittings and plaster work. If you are planning to live in Goregaon East i would surely recommend you this place.
Things need improvement
Non availablity of lift is a major concern especially for elderly and childrens. Lacks sense of responsibility within it's resident to pay maintenance fees on time. Non availablity of visitors parking space for visitors and guests. Police patrolling isn't that frequent in night. Even with some demerits it's still a good choice to live a healthy and prosperous life.
