Good things here
The area where the society is located is very peaceful. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. The residents are cooperative and decent. The security is good with efficient guards. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is enough parking for residents.
Things need improvement
In the society, there is no separate parking for visitors; we have to park visitors' cars in our own parking space. The bus stand and metro are 1 km away from the society. There are no modern amenities in the society, and the park is also small. Additionally, since the society has only 2 floors, there are no lifts.

Good things here
The society had allotted parking for residents and visitors. There were no construction-related issues like leakage or seepage. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated in the society. Cleanliness was maintained well.
Things need improvement
The society did not have any modern amenities. To catch a bus, one had to travel 2. 5 km from the society, while autos were available around 500 meters away, although sometimes they were available and sometimes not. The society lacked sufficient greenery.

Ruby Star City is strategically located close to several IT hubs in Tharamani, Thoraipakkam, Perungudi, and Siruseri via Radical Road. All the hubs are within 20-22 Km distance from the society itself.

The rental price of Ruby Star City is quite affordable for a bachelor like me. I think the society is very well-maintained and clean. The construction quality of the building is also very good.

It’s been a few months since I moved to Ruby Star City, and it is quite convenient. There are several options for public transport and MTC buses. Cabs and autos can be accessed.

I have bought an apartment in Ruby Star City, and commuting is not a problem because of the dedicated railway station on the Chennai Beach- Chengelpet Beach of the Chennai Suburban Railway Network.
