The presence of balconies in the residences is a positive feature, offering residents outdoor space where they can relax, enjoy views, and possibly even cultivate plants or engage in other leisure activities. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Ventilaton is also good. Layouts are very nice.
Things need improvement
The lack of convenient or reliable public transport options nearby is a negative aspect, making it less convenient for residents to commute to work, school, or other places without their own vehicles. Irregular or inefficient garbage collection services are a drawback, leading to issues such as littering, odors, and potential health hazards within the community. The absence or limited availability of a clubhouse or community center is a negative aspect, as it reduces opportunities for residents to gather for social events. A lack of a friendly or welcoming atmosphere among residents is a negative aspect, potentially affecting the overall community spirit and interpersonal relationships within the neighborhood.
