People are friendly, and the society actively participates in all kinds of festivals together, like Onam, Holi, and Diwali. Connectivity is excellent, with supermarkets, grocery stores, bus stops, and schools within 500 meters. Street lights are functional, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, community hall, walking track, and children's play area. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. There is a reliable supply of water and electricity, and the elevators are well-functioning. Construction-wise, the buildings are well-ventilated and have no issues.
The road in their society is in poor condition, causing inconvenience to residents. Potholes and uneven surfaces are common, necessitating urgent repairs to improve safety and ease of travel.

The community had everything you could need nearby, like schools, hospitals, and markets. Each resident had designated parking, and the connectivity was great with easy access to autos and cabs, thanks to its location on the main road. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality was excellent, with impressive interiors, no seepage or termite issues, and proper ventilation. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were available and regularly cleaned. The neighbors were very nice, friendly, highly educated, and respectful of each other's privacy.
I don't have anything specific to dislike. When I lived there three years ago, it was a newly built community, and everything was neat and tidy. I�m not sure how things are now, but back then, it was a great place to live.

In their society, there is a good security system with security guards and CCTV cameras in every block, ensuring a secure environment. Location-wise, within 2 km, there are shopping malls, schools, hospitals, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. Street lights are functional, and there is ample parking space. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance includes proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, functional lifts, and the surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
The road conditions in their society are horrible, causing inconvenience and potential hazards for residents and visitors due to severe deterioration and lack of maintenance.

I lived here four years ago during the COVID period, and my experience was mostly positive. Connectivity was good, with easy access to transportation options like cabs and the metro. Maintenance was reliable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory, making life comfortable during the lockdown. The neighbourhood was friendly and supportive, which was especially important during such times. Security measures, including CCTV, secure parking, and guest parking, were well-managed, and there were no issues with stray dogs.
My stay here four years ago during COVID was mostly positive, but there were some issues. There was leakage in the sink and other parts of the apartment, which was quite inconvenient.

I lived here five years ago and had a good experience overall. The maintenance and construction are solid, with well-kept buildings and facilities. The amenities provided were satisfactory and added to the convenience of living here. The neighbourhood is friendly, and I felt safe with the good security measures in place, including CCTV, secure parking, and guest parking. Stray dogs were not a problem during my stay.
While I stayed here five years ago, I had issues with connectivity. Getting cabs, Ola, Uber, and even metro access was a significant challenge, which made commuting difficult. This was a major inconvenience for daily travel.

Additionally, the presence of stores like Sarana and nearby grocery stores offers convenience for residents' daily needs.
The absence of a swimming pool and small room sizes in the society, which may affect residents' recreational and living experiences. Additionally, traffic issues within the society can lead to inconvenience and discomfort for residents. High maintenance charges and rents can also pose challenges for residents in terms of affordability. Moreover, having the railway station located 5-6 kilometers away from the society can add to commuting difficulties. These issues may need to be addressed by the society management or relevant authorities to improve the overall living conditions for residents.

The water facilities in the society are excellent, especially when compared to other apartments. Power is also consistently available. The garden area is exceptionally clean, with abundant greenery throughout the society. Cleaning of the society is also very good, with maintenance occurring twice daily. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Additionally, cabs are readily available if booked in advance.
The construction quality is subpar, with leakages in water pipes. Additionally, the metro is quite distant from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. The railway station is also inconveniently far, about 20 kilometers from the society.

Within a 100-meter radius, all facilities such as sports academies, restaurants, playgrounds, shopping malls, and children's parks are conveniently located. The compounds are expansive, ensuring minimal pollution. Security is top-notch with strict access control; entry is only granted with an access card. Moreover, the main road is nearby, making it easily accessible for various needs.
The metro is currently under construction approximately 3 kilometers from the society. At times, traffic issues arising from the construction can be quite irritating.

Saravana Stores is situated opposite the society, providing various amenities. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. Moreover, the people in the society are both friendly and educated.
The water quality in the society is poor, often containing dust particles, necessitating the use of filters even for bathing. Additionally, the shower facilities are damaged due to the poor water quality. The construction quality of the society is also subpar, with issues such as water accumulation in basements during rainfall and water leakages through windows during rainy weather.
