Good things here
The area's connectivity. It's so convenient to have malls, hospitals, and parks nearby, making everyday life a lot easier. Plus, the low traffic and access to public transport make it even more convenient to get around. read more
Things need improvement
I'm not a fan of the high maintenance charges. Dealing with frequent cleanliness and upkeep issues can be quite frustrating. It would be much better if the maintenance services were more reasonable and efficient in promptly resolving problems. read more
