Good things here
The area's connectivity. It's so convenient to have malls, hospitals, and parks nearby, making everyday life a lot easier. Plus, the low traffic and access to public transport make it even more convenient to get around.
Things need improvement
I'm not a fan of the high maintenance charges. Dealing with frequent cleanliness and upkeep issues can be quite frustrating. It would be much better if the maintenance services were more reasonable and efficient in promptly resolving problems.

Living in this project, I really value the well-maintained amenities that make the living experience so much better. Having a functional gym, swimming pool, and community hall is fantastic for both recreation and socializing. And the beautifully manicured gardens and play areas bring a touch of greenery to the surroundings, creating a really pleasant environment to unwind in.

One thing that bothers me is the limited parking spaces available in the society. It can be really challenging to find a spot during peak hours, which causes inconvenience for both residents and their visitors.
