Good things here
The convenient connectivity of the location, making it easy to access malls, hospitals, and restaurants, which simplifies daily life. The low traffic and availability of public transport are also significant benefits. In terms of maintenance, I value the regular upkeep and cleanliness of the surroundings, along with the reasonable maintenance charges that don't burden me financially. Additionally, the construction quality of the property, with sturdy walls and good quality materials, gives me peace of mind for the long term.
Things need improvement
On the flip side, one of my dislikes is the lack of diverse and well-managed amenities in the project. I feel that there could be more options and better maintenance of the existing amenities. Additionally, the social life in the community is lacking, as there is a sense of isolation among residents. I wish there were more inclusive celebrations and community engagements to bring everyone together. Overall, while the property has its strengths, there are areas that could be improved to enhance the living experience for all residents.
