Good things here
It' quiet and spacious living. All shops are nearby. Blanket delivery within 10 minutes. Easy access to cab, auto. Hospitals and school nearby.

Adequate water
Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space
Excellent power back-up
Things need improvement
Road near isn't broad enough for parking multiple taxi and cars outside the building in busy times, they have to move after dropping.
