Good things here
Parking is sufficient for everyone in the society. Cleanliness is maintained, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues with power cuts. The residents are decent. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and public transport is easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is not operational, and the gym lacks sufficient equipment and functioning AC. There are some issues with leakage and seepage in the society. More greenery is desired in the society. Maintenance charges are considered high in the society.

Good things here
I would ragte this society as a decent one. There is single entry and exit gate where Guards are posted round the clock. The lifts are functional and parking space is sufficient formultiple vehicle.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is yet to start work of amenities mentioned in the information brochure. Plus the lighting during night is dull and some areas doesn't even lit.

Good things here
The maintenance and construction quality is good. The open, green surrounding and lot of amenities inside the society. Schools and colleges are nearby. Coonectivity is convinient. Metro and well connected roads.

Lights are not working in common areas. The amenities are stil under construction some of them are yet to build

Good things here
I like the uncluttered, small yet peaceful place to stay which this society provides. There are daily need shops within walking distance. The society ensures cleaniliness in common area. The apartment are decent size
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a challenge, no public tansport within 2 kms. One need personal vehicle for commuting

Locayed well within 1 to link road. There are new IT hubs and comemrical offices nearby. The society has good security measures.

In this society have 2bhk and 3bhk room in low rent and also have a park in first floor to walk and do exercises.

This society is near the factor so the noise is come and dust and there is near hospital and market.
