Good things here
Located in Sector 90, this property boasts excellent connectivity and offers all basic amenities, including parks, making it a comfortable place to reside. Despite being only one year old, the construction is of good quality, and residents enjoy a pleasant living environment.

Society having basic amenties there is no swimming pool and gym in the society

Love to stay in green court amenities are available near by. The society has power back up also which is very good to stay in this hot summer.

Car parking is full now so people may face problem in coming days as this will be major show stopper for this society

maintenance department very bed,electricity regularly cut ,dg only for name cause diesel every time shortage. 1 security guard care 3 tower and cctv not property installed.internet installed only manobaly other intrnet no install

im not commanded for purchase and rent. cause not livable society.no internet,no proper maintenance no power cut more then,maintenance price high.

The road condition around the project is not that great and sees traffic jams frequently. Safety at night may be a concern as well but the complex is gated and offers another peaceful heaven inside.

Safty has been given huge priority while constructing the architecture of the complex. Earthquake proofing and good quality materials used definitely make it a great value for money.

Beautiful structure, large open spaces and greenery all around is the first thought that came to my mind when I visited Green Court apartments. It just looks stunning.
