Good things here
The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. Maintainence and cleanliness was proper. People are friendly and cooperative. Gym, park, clubhouse are available and maintained.
Things need improvement
The society has Security issues, cctv camera is there but the footage are not shown during emergency. Seepage issue were faced by the residents during monsoon. Swimming pool was not available.

The construction quality is subpar and the behavior of the tenants living here on rent is extremely disappointing

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is absolutely perfect, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Around the society everything is available like malls, market areas, schools, grocery stores. The location of the society is amazing as everything is easily accessible. Park, play area for kids are available in the society as amenities. All are well maintained. There are Parking facilities available in the society. The people are overall good and social in the society, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
A lot of water supply issues arise time to time in the society. If construction issues arise in the appartments then we have to do the repairing works done, the society does not provide any repairing mechanism for the damages that are faced. There is no swimmingpool, Gym, club house made in the society.

Nearby the society, public transport facilities such as auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available. The build quality is commendable, featuring well-designed structures with proper ventilation. Furthermore, the society offers various amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and kids play area, all of which are meticulously maintained and fully operational. The residents exhibit a cooperative spirit, and cultural festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm within�the�society.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the society is subpar, as evidenced by the presence of leakage and seepage issues. Additionally, the cleaning schedule is not optimal, as it is conducted on alternate days rather than daily, leading to inconvenience for residents. Therefore, in my opinion, cleaning should be carried out on a daily basis to maintain a higher standard of hygiene and cleanliness�in�the�society.

The society does not have a swimming pool or gym, and a major issue is that there is a piece of land at the back of the society that falls within the society's boundaries. The villagers from that area want to hold functions there, and if they start hosting wedding functions, it will create disturbance in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is excellent with very few problems. The majority of the residents in the society have an army background, so there is a high level of discipline maintained.

The society lacks basic security measures such as CCTV cameras, gates, and gatekeepers, leaving it vulnerable. Sewer blockages are a common occurrence, and accessing public transport involves crossing a busy road, which can be challenging for senior citizens. Additionally, the absence of street lights and pathways further adds to the safety concerns.

Power backup is available in the society, ensuring minimal electricity issues. The society maintains cleanliness and proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is timely and efficient. Additionally, the gardens and greenery are meticulously maintained.

Ongoing construction is causing problems in the society, compounded by the absence of nearby malls and lack of accessible public transport. The construction quality is average, with issues such as seepage, leakage, and dampness affecting some areas.
