like my family selection is good for us, nice house, nice style house ,nice park and kids play area are here, etc...

This place is basically located near by dwaraka more metro station and yes school and malls are nearby and also good restaurants are also available. Actually it's near just by road so I can say it's bit safe because you can see some cars and buses always running and society is just located so you may not worry for safety. The society is made of good materials and jaats Punjabi are specially here. The chargers are bit high as compared to hauz khas or i had lived before in laxminagar too. there is no power cut I never felt that ever. overall society is good to go
Things need improvement
As location is near by main road you will feel noisy all the time and it's also not as much clean as you expect . there is also a wine shop in some distance during night some drunk boys move here and there. you might get uncomfortable with that . Overall it's ok to live here I felt good always never felt any issue . so I will suggest you ...to visit that property once
