Good things here
Autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring convenient connectivity. Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all nearby. The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene effectively. Maintenance charges are affordable, and upkeep is done promptly. There are no issues with seepage or leakage due to good construction quality. Residents are friendly and cooperative, creating a positive community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Residents frequently face problems with the lifts in the society as they do not function properly and are not maintained on time. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are not available. There is often heavy traffic around the society.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs is easily available in the city�s suburban areas. Parking spaces are very spacious. The water facility is very good. Garbage collection is very good; they handle it efficiently. It is a very small community. Hospitals are available within a short distance for emergencies. The ceiling aesthetics are very good. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues like seepages and leaks in the area.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are not available in this area. There is no visitor parking either. Security is not good; there are no security guards in the vicinity.
