The society I reside in offers a plethora of conveniences and amenities that enhance the quality of life for its residents. The well-constructed roads provide smooth connectivity, with public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs easily accessible nearby. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores in the vicinity, ensuring convenience for everyday needs. Ample parking spots are available, and the installation of CCTV cameras adds to the security measures. Functional lifts and timely maintenance services further contribute to the smooth functioning of the society. Moreover, cleanliness and hygiene are meticulously maintained throughout, with no issues of seepage or leakage reported within the well-constructed buildings. The spacious rooms offer comfortable living spaces, complemented by continuous water supply and the absence of waterlogging issues within the society. Social life thrives in the community, with friendly and cooperative residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Furthermore, electricity issues are non-existent, with power backup systems in place. Last but not least, the society boasts a range of amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are impeccably maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no convinient store available for daily needs in the society. The socciety is connected with the highway for which traffic noise happens a lot at times.

The society itself is meticulously maintained, with regular garbage collection keeping the surroundings clean. Residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity without any hiccups. Flats are well-ventilated and receive ample sunlight, thanks to good construction quality that prevents seepage or leakage issues. The community is comprised of friendly contemporary families who celebrate festivals and events together, fostering a strong sense of belonging. With a reliable security system in place, including security guards and CCTV cameras, residents feel safe and secure at all times. Functioning lifts ensure easy access to different floors, and parking is never an issue. Additionally, amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and club house are available and kept in top condition. Plus, being pet-friendly adds an extra layer of warmth and inclusivity to the community.
Things need improvement
Rush hour brings about significant traffic hurdles, with frequent traffic jams occurring around the society, causing delays and inconvenience for commuters.

Good things here
The building constructions are top-notch. The residents are friendly and often come together to celebrate cultural events. Facilities like gyms, a clubhouse, and swimming pools are kept in great shape. No problems with leaks or water seepage in the area. Getting around is easy, with buses, autos, and taxis available for daily commuters. The parking lot is spacious and can comfortably fit many vehicles. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, schools, colleges, pharmacies, and hospitals. Communication and network services are reliable here. Water supply, electricity and Garbage disposal is not an issue.
Things need improvement
Society was well maintained everything was in good condition. There was no issue of parking and connectivity was also strong and easy acess to public transport. There was no need of imrpovement in the society.

The society has good connectivity with nearby public transport like autos, buses, and cabs within walking distance. Local amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Roads and street lights are well-maintained. There are no water logging issues due to an efficient drainage system. Maintenance services ensure cleanliness, and garbage collection is timely. Rooms are well-ventilated, and elevators and CCTV cameras are operational.
Things need improvement
I have not encountered any issues while staying in the society, and I find it satisfactory in all aspects. I appreciate the current state of the society and believe no improvements are necessary at this time.

The connectivity is good, making it easy to get around. The construction quality is solid, and maintenance is reliable. The society offers amenities and the neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is a garbage dump outside the society, which causes problems such as unpleasant smells and the potential for disease. This significantly affects the living environment despite the positive aspects within the society.

Society is very well connected with local and public trasport facilities .Society has manitained so well all the modern amenities are present in the society and eveything is highly functional.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society,good socilism.high security and good cleaniness in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality of the apartments is below average,leakage and seepage issues are there in the society and during monsoon water logging issues are also there.

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easy to approach near by the society. There was railway station and bus stand near by the society. All the moden amneities were available like Gym,Clubhouse,Play area,etc in the society. Build quality was good there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage. High security system as there were intercom facilities available in the society. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were not available in the society. Society can improve its maintenance standards regarding the amenities available in the society. Regular Checks and cleaniliness should be done.

Society ka overall infrastructure kafi accha tha , looks bohot aesthetic the. Greenery kafi thi and well maintained thi jaise garden and all. Society bohot fancy lagti thi. Building ki construction quality and maintenance kafi appreciable tha. Parking space bhi achi thi. Gym well maintained thi. Society ka ek drawback tha ke vaha per Koi bhi building me flats ke liye ek bhi balcony nhi thi.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. The maintainance services are very good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed in the society. Security system is good. Parking space is available and it is quite spacious.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is average, seepage and leakage issues are faced sometimes in the society. water logging issues faced outside the society sometimes, specially during rainy season. The building quality can be improved in the society.

Auto and cabs are available near by the society,grocery shops are near by the society.There are good hospitals near by the society.Quality of the construction is good there are 2 underground floor for the parking.this is best place to live in all over the goregaon area.There is swimmimg pool ,club house ,gym ,kids play area around the society.There is full security in the society even not a single fly can enter without the knowledge of the security gaurd.24 house security gaurds are available and all the areas are under cctv survilance.

There are no any good international schools near by the society,so our kids has to travel to andheri for schools
