Good things here
Very green, spacious, beautiful and well connected. Metro station and great places to eat are just a walk away. Along with good hospitals and malls.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Metro station nearby
Public transport accessible
Great cleanliness
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Lot of green & open space
Excellent power back-up
Functioning swimming pool
Things need improvement
Still very new so some infra and processes are yet to be setup. The parking space is also limited to around 1 per flat.
