Good things here
I feel safe and secure living in the society and the maintenance charges are also reasonable. There are schools and market areas which are easily accessible with a walkable distance. The quality of walls of the society are also good.

Big lift is not placed in the locality. One lift is there which is too small. It is small in the way that even 5 people could not travel in the lift at one time.

Good things here
The maintenance charges are reasonable in this locality and the society is well maintained without any pollution issues faced here. The quality of roads are average in this locality and the people in this locality are very helpful. They even celebrate a festival and culture holidays with great joy.
Things need improvement
Schools our best in this locality but they are not at walkable distance. They are some how far from the locality that is why I have to take a bus for my kids to go to school.

Fantastic place of resident area in bangalore If you want to shift in bangalore it is very good choice. Infrastructure of this building is nice society is clean and pet friendly.

well definitely it's a great place if you are looking to shift to a apartment and it's located in one of the most happening place in Bangalore and it's worth the juice.

the only thing we have to dislike is high maintenance charges which we have to pay them every month regularly if they can reduce the price it would be helpful for future residents
