I'm really liking the easy access to major IT hubs, hospitals, malls, and schools from this property. It's so convenient, especially with the connectivity to highways and metro stations, making commuting a breeze. Plus, the amenities provided here are pretty diverse and well-kept, which adds a lot of value to the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
It's a bit of a downer that the maintenance charges don't always feel reasonable; they can feel a bit burdensome at times. Plus, dealing with frequent maintenance problems can really throw off the daily routine. And those instances of seepage and cracks in the walls definitely raise some concerns about the construction quality. It would be great to see some improvements in that area for sure.

Good things here
The great connectivity of the project. It's so convenient to get to malls, hospitals, and markets. The maintenance is fantastic too - everything's always clean, and the charges are fair. The construction quality is solid, and the amenities are varied and well taken care of, which enhances my experience living here. Plus, the social scene is lively with inclusive celebrations that really bring everyone together.
Things need improvement
I'm not a fan of the limited public transport options in the area, especially when it makes commuting tricky. Also, dealing with water logging during the monsoon season can be quite inconvenient. But overall, these are just minor drawbacks compared to all the good stuff about the project.
