I'm grateful for the convenient connectivity and the welcoming vibe among our neighbors in the society. While we're fortunate to have nearby schools, hospitals, and accessible public transportation options like autos and cabs, there's nothing exceptionally remarkable about our community. Nonetheless, the friendly and supportive nature of the residents adds to its charm. read more
Things need improvement
There's definitely room for improvement in our society, and I've identified a few areas that could use some attention. Firstly, it's essential for the builder to fulfill their promises regarding amenities. Currently, the lack of parks is disappointing, and enhancing parking facilities would greatly benefit everyone. Security also needs enhancement, with CCTV cameras covering all areas and reliable backup systems in place. The unpaved driveway area not only looks unattractive but also affects accessibility. Proper construction of this area would improve both aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, addressing minor seepage issues is crucial for maintaining the quality of our buildings. With proper maintenance, we can ensure that our homes remain comfortable and safe for everyone. read more

Basic amenities such as temples, gyms, or swimming pools are absent. Moreover, the construction quality is notably poor, particularly evident in the inadequate plaster quality. The flats receive plenty of sunlight and have good ventilation. Previous leakage and seepage issues have been resolved. Plus, the community features a lovely garden. Cleanliness standards are high, with daily garbage collection ensuring good hygiene. Residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. Convenient access to autos near the society adds to its appeal. read more

Unfortunately, there are no bus stops near the society, and the nearest metro station is 2 km away. The drinking water quality isn't great, so it's advisable to use an RO filter. Additionally, the society lacks modern amenities. read more
