I live in a society where public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible just outside, ensuring excellent connectivity. The maintenance is top-notch, and hygiene is well-maintained. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society and work properly, and the lifts are reliable. Security guards are always present, adding an extra layer of safety. The society is very spacious and offers great amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. We celebrate all kinds of events and festivals, and the people here are very nice. At present, there are no areas requiring improvement, ensuring residents a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, seepage and leakage issues plague many of the flats, indicating subpar construction quality in the buildings. Moreover, the paintings done are of very low quality, detracting from the overall aesthetic appeal. The water supply leaves much to be desired, with poor water quality being a consistent concern. Additionally, frequent power cuts disrupt daily life, causing inconvenience to residents.

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with easy access to public transport like autos, buses, and cabs just outside. Surrounding the society, everything from malls to market areas, schools, and grocery stores is conveniently available, making the location highly accessible. The society offers amenities such as parks, play areas for kids, and a clubhouse, all well-maintained for residents' enjoyment. Adequate parking facilities are also available within the society. The residents are generally sociable, actively participating in cultural events and festivals together
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are in very poor condition. Inside the society, there is no gym, only a clubhouse. If there are construction issues in the apartments, residents are responsible for arranging and funding repairs themselves, as the society does not provide a mechanism for these damages. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

Overall everything was good in the society Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in well maintained condition. It offers many ways to get around easily like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. These options make it simple for people to reach important places nearby like shops and services. There's also a big park where kids can play and neighbors can spend time together, which helps everyone feel closer. The parking area in Krishna Raj is well-kept and spacious, ensuring everyone can park comfortably. It's made with strong materials to last long and stay in good shape. there are CCTV cameras and elevators that help keep the community safe and make life easier for everyone who lives there. There were no issue of water supply and electricity.
Things need improvement
Overall the managing team is good and resolved the problems. Everything was good and well-maintained. There were no issues with sealing and sewage the quality of construction was very good.

The lifts are in good condition, and water is available 24/7. The residents are courteous and celebrate festivals together. The flats receive ample sunlight, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Play areas and gardens are available, and parking is sufficient for both residents and visitors. Additionally, there is minimal noise and air pollution, contributing to a peaceful environment.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with traffic jams in the locality, which pose a major inconvenience. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

The society benefits from a nearby bus stop and easy availability of autos. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. It boasts modern amenities such as a well-maintained gym, play area, tennis court, and basketball court. Residents are respectful, and festivals are celebrated within the community. Cleanliness standards are upheld, and there is a reliable 24/7 water supply. The maintenance charges are justified considering the amenities and services provided.
Things need improvement
The society does not feature a swimming pool. Power backup is available only for the common areas and lifts, not for individual flats.

Good things here
Public transport was easily available, and parking space was allotted to everyone, so there were no issues there. Malls, markets, hospitals, and grocery stores were all available nearby. All the neighbors were friendly and cooperative as well.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection used to be slightly delayed, and cleanliness and hygiene could have been better. Maintenance of the lift and CCTV could have been improved. The gym, clubhouse, and park were available but small. There was no swimming pool. There was an issue with seepage, probably because the room size was small at that time.

It is meticulously maintained, with a clean and tidy atmosphere, and boasts a high level of security for its residents. The apartment rooms are spacious, making it an ideal choice for families.

The build quality could be improved, as some units have experienced leakage and seepage issues. Additionally, while some amenities are provided, such as security features, there is a lack of certain amenities like a swimming pool in the society.

The society has good security. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Festivals are celebrated together, and the residents are friendly. There is a well-maintained garden. Public transport is easily available from the society.
Things need improvement
The society has issues with seepage. There are no modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool. There are also problems with the drinking water supply.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Amenities like club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Proper parking space is available in the society. People in the society are very decent and good.
Things need improvement
Gym,swimmingpool is not available in the society. I've not faced any issues in the society that needs any improvement.
