Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste collected separately. The construction quality is very good, with no issues of seepage in the society. The parking area is spacious, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. The metro nearby is very convenient. Inside the society, there is a grocery shop, which is very convenient.
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no garden area in the society, but no dedicated kids' play area. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking in the society. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not readily available, which is also very inconvenient.

Connectivity like cabs and Uber is easily available if we book Ola or Uber in this society. The area is very safe and peaceful. Maintenance care is reliable. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collections are efficient; they collect waste daily. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or dampness, making it very convenient. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are easily accessible within walking distance. Security in the society is excellent, ensuring a safe environment.
Public transportation like buses is available within a 1-2 kilometer radius from the society. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts are not available in this society. There are no visitor parking facilities. The cleanliness of the society is not good.

Connectivity is good and easily accessible from within the estate. It's a small community with around 65 flats. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3500 per month. Hospitals are available within a 2-3 kilometers radius, which is convenient. Parking areas are sufficient, including visitor parking.
Maintenance is not efficient. Maintenance expenses are high. Public transportation like buses are available but are far from amenities. Metro services are also far from the estate.

Location-wise, it's excellent, with all amenities within a 1 km radius: bus stops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, grocery stores. The road conditions are good, and street lights are properly working. Amenities such as a gym, children's play area, and walking track are available. Maintenance is done daily with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lifts are functional. The construction is solid with no wall leakages, ensuring good ventilation and sunlight throughout the apartment. The surrounding community is friendly, and we celebrate a lot of festivals together.
Residents demand additional amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and table tennis facilities in their society to enhance recreational opportunities and community engagement.

There are no construction-related issues like leakage or seepage. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are well-maintained. The residents are cooperative and friendly; they celebrate festivals together.
There is a significant issue with water supply in the society; water is not available 24/7. Autos are not easily available near the society. Also, there are no modern amenities available in the society.
