The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Traffic issues are faced a lot outside the society, auto are available but waiting time is huge as society is on the main road. Paintings are not done on time in the society. Plantations are not done in the society. Main gate of the society is not in a good condition. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Garden and amenities are not availabke in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are medical stores, markets malls nearby the society. I have my own vehicle and have never faced any parking related issues. Security guards are available. CCTV is installed in the societry. Lift are in working condition and maintained on time. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The society is neat and clean. Water and electricity are always available. Water logging never happened. Seepage and termite issues has still not arised. Construction quality is good. Flats are very well ventilated. People are friendly and cooperative in the society
Living in a society that lacks amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses because of its age can be challenging. It's true that older communities often didn't prioritize these facilities when they were first established.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity with nearby availability of autos, buses, metro, and local railway options. The roads outside the society are well-maintained with minimal traffic congestion. Cleanliness is maintained within the society, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage reported. Residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated harmoniously. Ample parking is available for residents, and the lifts are well maintained for convenience.
Visitors face parking constraints as there's no provision for parking inside the society; they need to park outside. Additionally, the absence of modern amenities in the society, owing to its age, is notable.

Residents are supportive, and ventilation in every flat is excellent. Buses, autos, and cabs are readily accessible nearby, and parking facilities are satisfactory. Garbage collection is carried out punctually, and emergency staircases are in place for safety.
Security is a significant concern due to numerous theft incidents, with unauthorized entry being a common occurrence. As a single-building society, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, parking area, or kids playing area are absent. Previously, cleanliness standards were lacking, and the absence of a nearby metro further compounded commuting challenges. Moreover, the lack of festivals and limited social interaction among residents were noted issues.

No problem of leakage in the building , no issue of parking for the residents in the society, great connectivity with no issue in finding cabs and autos on time, people in the society are nice and friendly.
There are no lifts in the society , there is problem in water supply in the society and no amenties like swimming pool , gym, club house or garden are provided to the residents in the society.
