DO NOT BUY HERE . WALL CRACKS, UNEVEN FLOOR TILING WELCOMES YOU IF YOU PURCHASE. THE WORST PART IS, YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED AS OWNER , THEIR STAFF ARE THE OWNERS AND THEY DIESNT CARE ABIUT YOU

The construction was under our budget so we bought it and did not pay attention on the important things.

The management is very new to the gated community business it seems. They have very poor management and employees are incompetent. it is ridiculously hard to communicate the issues and manament do not care about the residents at all.

It's nice, however it's far from the city and costs over Rs. 70 lakhs, including parking. It is not a reasonable price; the optimum price is Rs. 40 Lakhs, which is sufficient for this endeavour.
