Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, ensuring cleanliness throughout the society. Construction quality is also commendable, with no seepage or leaks. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available for residents to enjoy. The greenery in the society is well-maintained, enhancing the overall environment. The people in the society are friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant living experience. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity in the society is poor; cabs are not readily available, and there have been instances where booked rides with Ola were cancelled or did not arrive. There is no nearby metro station, making public transportation inconvenient. Buses are also infrequent and not easily accessible from the society. read more

We have 5 security guards and CCTV cameras in place, and they diligently perform their duties with regular nighttime rounds, ensuring excellent security within our community. We also have a supermarket conveniently located within the premises, with hospitals, a school, and a bus stop all within a 3 km radius. The roads are well-maintained, and the street lights operate effectively, enhancing safety at night. Ample parking space is available, and our amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a cricket pitch, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a community hall. Regular maintenance ensures cleanliness with daily cleaning and garbage collection services. We benefit from reliable water and power supply, and the elevator operates smoothly. The premises are regularly painted to maintain a fresh appearance. read more
