Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, ensuring cleanliness throughout the society. Construction quality is also commendable, with no seepage or leaks. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available for residents to enjoy. The greenery in the society is well-maintained, enhancing the overall environment. The people in the society are friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in the society is poor; cabs are not readily available, and there have been instances where booked rides with Ola were cancelled or did not arrive. There is no nearby metro station, making public transportation inconvenient. Buses are also infrequent and not easily accessible from the society.

Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. There are social spaces available for gatherings and community events, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere. Facilities like medical shops and public transportation are easily accessible within walking distance, making daily life convenient for residents.

Connectivity in the society is poor; booking rides with Ola isn't reliable. The construction quality is subpar, with noticeable seepage issues in some parts of the building. Maintenance expenses are high, at over Rs. 5000 per unit, which might be a concern for residents. The nearest hospital is quite far, approximately 6 kilometers away, which could be inconvenient during emergencies. Public transportation, such as buses, is available but not very accessible, being 1-2 kilometers from the society. The metro station is also quite far, around 5-6 kilometers away, making it inconvenient for daily commuting.

We have 5 security guards and CCTV cameras in place, and they diligently perform their duties with regular nighttime rounds, ensuring excellent security within our community. We also have a supermarket conveniently located within the premises, with hospitals, a school, and a bus stop all within a 3 km radius. The roads are well-maintained, and the street lights operate effectively, enhancing safety at night. Ample parking space is available, and our amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a cricket pitch, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a community hall. Regular maintenance ensures cleanliness with daily cleaning and garbage collection services. We benefit from reliable water and power supply, and the elevator operates smoothly. The premises are regularly painted to maintain a fresh appearance.
Things need improvement
The society lacks transportation options such as cabs, autos, and buses, which makes it challenging for residents to commute conveniently, especially for those without personal vehicles. This limitation significantly impacts daily mobility and needs to be addressed to improve accessibility for all residents.

Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking facilities are ample, including designated visitor parking. Public transportation options like buses are accessible within a reasonable distance. Medical facilities are within 1-2 kilometers, which is convenient for emergencies.

The construction quality in the estate is poor, with frequent leaks, especially noticeable in the master bedroom. The absence of amenities such as a clubhouse and swimming pool is highly inconvenient for residents. Maintenance charges are relatively high, around 4700 rupees per month. Public transportation options such as buses are located far from the estate, approximately 2-3 km away, which adds to commuting difficulties. Additionally, metro stations are quite distant, approximately 7-8 km away, further complicating transportation for residents relying on metro services.

The community offers a spacious area for kids to play and for people to take leisurely walks, featuring a lovely garden. The Balaji Temple is the main attraction, with celebrations as grand as those in Tirupathi.

The society is very good with well-maintained flats, gym, clubhouse, play area, and elevators. It has good construction quality, no traffic issues, ample basement parking, cooperative and pet-friendly people.
Things need improvement
No autos or cabs come inside the society because it's not connected to the main road. There is occasional seepage during heavy rains, painting is overdue, and extra charges are sometimes requested for garbage collection beyond regular wet and dry waste.

Our society exceeds expectations. The 24/7 power backup ensures uninterrupted electricity. Well-lit streets create a safe environment. The beautifully maintained park is perfect for relaxation and exercise. With responsive maintenance and top-notch amenities, it's an ideal place to call home.

While I've been trying to find faults, I honestly can't think of any significant issues. Everything functions smoothly, from maintenance to amenities.
