The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities.

The flat configurations of this project is 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. Honestly the building structures and designs are amazing. The property is furnished by Ajmera Groups and they include the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary styles in every buildings. Rooms have enough spaces and airy. The environment of this area is so calm. A huge space for car parking is also here.

Poor drainage facilities, illegal parking, pothole-ridden roads and illegal parking in Wadala trouble residents. During monsoon, major waterlogging issues have been reported here. Traffic snarls is also happening in Sangam Nagar in this area which creates disturbance to the local people as they reported.

This place is located about 2 km from Vadala Road railway station located on Harbour Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway Network. Mumbai Highway and Eastern Express Highway which connects Wadala East with Thane and Navi Mumbai. Also Airport is just 13 km away from my future home. Honestly, the location advantages of this place is quite preferable for everyone.

1. Ajmera Greenfinity is a new launched project and has offered all the marvelous amenities I would like to. This housing project is built in Wadala East, Mumbai and possession will start from 2024. I'm so excited to buy a 2bhk flat for myself with great facilities they proposed.
