Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good roads. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with clean surroundings, working lifts, and regular water tank cleaning. The construction is solid with good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
However, this is a basic society lacking essential amenities such as a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or even a park. Lifts are not well-maintained, which can be inconvenient for residents. Moreover, there is a noticeable delay in addressing issues within the society, which affects overall satisfaction.

Good things here
This is a great community! Hospitals, schools, and a local market are all within 3 kilometers. Plus, the society itself has fantastic amenities like a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. It's a newly constructed society, so everything is fresh and ready for you to move in.

Good things here
construction quality is comparatively good. layout is nice. housekeeping is good at places. approx 500 units are housed.
Things need improvement
work is incomplete in many towers and Phase 3 is on hold. Approach road is rented. Commercial space is empty except one shop. Club has structure but no soul. sad reality for asked prices. Simply overvalued.

Open Area, the way of constructing society is awesome like big balconies, gardens, open area, walking space etc.
Things need improvement
Society don't have operational club house, rest everything looks fine. Also, there are usual fights for pets & street dogs so not that pet friendly society.
