Good things here
The society was very clean and had a playground for children and a small garden. The people in the society were very nice. Pets were allowed in the society. The flats were well-ventilated, and sunlight would come in. There were no issues like leakage or seepage. The parking space was good for the residents. Security was very good. There was a guard at the main gate and one at the entrance of the building. There was a fingerprint lock at the entrance of the building, which made the buildings quite secure. Auto rickshaws and buses were readily available at the society gate.
Things need improvement
There was no separate parking for visitors. The railway station was 1. 5 km away from the society. Water did not come from the BMC, so the society had to call for tankers, and the water from tankers was hard. There were no modern amenities in the society.
