Good things here

I really appreciate that elevators are installed and well-maintained, ensuring convenience. The proper ventilation in our apartment is excellent, and I'm glad that there's regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. Each resident has designated parking, and the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, which is great. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we all look out for each other. The connectivity is good, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby.

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, we've been facing issues with contaminated flush water and leakage of dirty washroom water from the flat above ours. Despite repeated complaints, the maintenance team has not been responsive in resolving these issues, which is quite frustrating.

Good things here

The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Connectivity is excellent, with bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, ATMs, and hospitals within 1 km. The road quality is good, street lights function properly, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is thorough, with daily cleaning and regular garbage disposal. There is 24/7 water and power supply, and lift maintenance is excellent. Construction ensures good ventilation and air circulation in our rooms.

Good things here

Great connectivity and amenities here. Good roads ease commuting. Management promptly handles maintenance issues. It's a comfortable, convenient living environment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this society.

The bathrooms in this society are a constant source of frustration. Plumbing problems are frequent, with toilets clogging regularly and water pressure issues in showers. Worse still, there's a persistent sewage smell in some areas.

Good things here

This small society is well-connected to nearby hospitals and schools, located approximately 1 to 2 kilometers away. Maintenance is commendable, with regular garbage collection, uninterrupted water supply, and excellent power backup. The surroundings are kept clean, and the construction quality is high, with no minor issues. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained for everyone to enjoy, along with recreational activities.

Shriram Signia provides a variety of sizes of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments. Everything is close by, and the roads are well-connected; for example, you can walk to the nearest mall in a few minutes. Within this facility, you'll find shops, gyms, parks, ATMs, and other conveniences. As a consequence, there is no need to leave society to obtain basic essentials. Almost all types of taxis come on time since there are no connectivity or traffic concerns. Residents and tourists are both protected by the presence of CCTV cameras and security personnel.

This society has a gym that you should check out no matter what the weather is like outside. If you prefer to do some cardio or simply focus on weights, this society has a gym that you should check out. It is a safer environment for inhabitants overall because of good security systems and regular police presence. Homes are big, with high-quality fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. There are no issues with power or water.

There are no traffic difficulties because of well-connected roads, and there are no power outages since water is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The security officers provide excellent security across the neighborhood.
