The location is quite safe at night, so can take a walk around.

I lived here in rent. It is well secured and good for female professionals. I will recommend this project to those who are looking for a decent place to live.

The main issue is that it does not have ample open space and greenery. There are no amenities for recreation. The cost of the units is also higher compared to the location.
