Good things here
Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants conveniently located just outside the society. The metro station is also nearby for easy access to public transportation. The society is consistently maintained with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and proper hygiene practices. Timely garbage collection and pest control services are provided. Residents enjoy additional facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, and children's play area within the society. The lifts are operational and well-maintained for resident convenience.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, we encounter rare instances of seepage and leakage in the society, which are promptly addressed as they arise. Ventilation in my flat is inadequate. Water supply remains a significant issue affecting the entire community. There is a need for improved cleanliness standards throughout the society. Currently, roads outside the society are undergoing construction, impacting accessibility. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse and issues related to street dogs are concerns that need attention.

My experience in the society was excellent. The connectivity of the society was great, with a nearby metro station and railway station, and easily accessible public transport. Additionally, the maintenance of the society, especially regarding cleanliness, was commendable. The society was kept neat and clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. The construction quality was also good, as I never encountered any issues like seepage. Moreover, parking was ample, and I never faced any problems regarding parking. There were no water-related issues, and the people in the society were very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, there was plenty of open space in the society. Overall, my experience in the society was amazing, and I didn't face any issues that caused me any trouble. Everything in the society was�satisfactory.
Things need improvement
In my experience, I didn't notice any shortcomings or problems in the society. The flats felt a bit congested to me, but it wasn't a significant issue. Overall, my experience was very good, and there was no need for any improvements�in�my�opinion.

Good things here
The connectivity was excellent, with autos readily available near the society, and the metro station was just a 2-minute walk away. There were no issues with traffic, and the roads outside the society were well-maintained. There were no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Security was good, and the lifts were well-maintained. There was also ample greenery in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
The flats did not have balconies, and the society was not connected to the highway. The maintenance in the society was not up to the mark and could have been better. Some residents had allotted parking, but others parked their vehicles anywhere they could find space.

Amenitis hai. garbage collection daily hoti hai. lift ki maintenance regular hoti hai. lift ki maintenance bhi time pe hoti hai. public transport nearby hai . nearby grocery shop ,sabji markets sabkuchh hai.

Roads kharab hogaya hai, water logging hoti hai. locality achhi nahi hai. amenitis kuchh khas nahi hai, maintain nahi hoti hai. nearby mall ,market nhi hai. maintenance thik se nahi hoti hai. people coperative nahi hai.

People helpful hai. amenitis sare hai and well maintained bhi hai. ventilation bohot achhi hai. garbage collection daily basis pe hoti hai. nearby sabji market, grocery shop avialable hai.

Society tak jane ka jo gali hai wo bohot chhoti hai. society se nikal ke travel karne mai dikkat hoti hai. main road se connected nahi hai isliye humain dikkat hoti hai. public transport access karne mai problem hoti hai.

Good things here
My experience was decent; the construction was good, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Maintenance was regular, and the society was cleaned on time. Parking was never an issue, as members maintained it well. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and neighborhood coordination for festivals like Dandiya were highlights.
Things need improvement
Location-wise, the complex wasn't great. The society was quite secluded, making it difficult to reach, and public transportation was not readily available. Even finding cabs was a challenge. When I was there, the gym was�not�available.

Good things here
Gym swimming pool all other modern facilities are there in the society. Maintenance is very nice no seepage or leakage issue there. The market area is nearby. Metro and cabs are easily availableMetro and cabs are easily available
Things need improvement
Society is safe for women and children but, a few days back some thieves entered their flat luckily no one was harmed.

Good things here
There was never a problem with leakage, and we had water supply 24 hours without any issues. The neighbors were amicable and collaborative. The guards were good, and the security service was also reliable.
Things need improvement
The restaurant wasn't nearby, and it wasn't easy to find auto-rickshaws or cabs. I faced an electricity issue in one of my rooms, there were frequent problems with the lights. There was no swimming pool in the society . We never celebrated events together in our society.

Good things here
There is never an issue with public transportation as auto rickshaws are available at all times. The society has a pool that is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no power backup for the lift, so it stops working as soon as there is a power cut. The guards and housekeeping staff are not paid on time, leading to housekeeping strikes, leaving garbage piled up for up to a week. The roads inside the society are also in poor condition and should be repaired properly.
