Good things here
It is near to DGP office and AIIMS hospital. Deepika supermarket is the only shop nearby. Police cantonment area and hence little safe. Apart from this nothing great.
Things need improvement
The entire project is a disaster. The builder Kondalrao made false promises before buying the apartment and showed his true face after purchase. The building materials are cheap. The walls are full of water leak and toilets ae also leaking. Only one lifft working. No power backup even after 3 years. No volleyball court, cricket pitch, childrens play area, yoga studio, gym as promised by the builder kondal rao. He has left the place and started other ventures and hand over the incharge to some local political gundas like reddy. Whenever u complain of problems in the apartment he threaten u and say will cut power supply, water supply and make u sit on the street. They wont allow u to shift to the apartment without paying all amenites fees (which is not yet ready) and force u to sign a fake NOC. so many electrical complaints, plumbing complaints but no one listens to u even after months complaining. The workers employed pay no repsect to residents and verbally, mentally abuise/harass. Whenever u complain they say electricia, plumber not availanble. hey dont pay laborers and hso no ione is ready to work at their project. The builder never pick calls or answer messages. All residents have given a written complaint to the office but nothing is solved. No approach road, drainage facility, municipal water connection, waste collectsion. no security and living conditions are horrible. they threaten all residents with their political background. the employee also fromtheir relative. so they also not wooried. careless attitude. Contact any resident and they will tell their sad story. THEY ARE POLITICAL GUNDAS AND ROWDY SHEATERS,, **PROOFS are available** DONT BUY AND WASTE UR MONEY**
