Various festivals including Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Navaratri, Ganesh Puja, Republic Day, Independence Day, New Year, and Christmas are joyously celebrated together. Conveniently located within a 1 km radius outside the gate are essential amenities such as bus stops, grocery stores, supermarkets, schools, and petrol bunks. Inside the society, residents enjoy a wide range of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, table tennis, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring reliable power and water supply, as well as cleanliness throughout the floors. The community conducts proper painting every 5 years. Although there were past issues with bathroom leakages, they have been resolved.
