Various festivals including Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Navaratri, Ganesh Puja, Republic Day, Independence Day, New Year, and Christmas are joyously celebrated together. Conveniently located within a 1 km radius outside the gate are essential amenities such as bus stops, grocery stores, supermarkets, schools, and petrol bunks. Inside the society, residents enjoy a wide range of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, table tennis, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring reliable power and water supply, as well as cleanliness throughout the floors. Additionally, good ventilation and air circulation contribute to the overall comfort of residents.
Things need improvement
The road condition within the society is concerning, showing signs of deterioration. Moreover, the absence of street lights outside poses safety risks, especially during the night. Furthermore, cracks observed in the balcony areas raise concerns about potential structural issues that need to be addressed promptly.

Within 100 meters, essential facilities such as bus stops, clinics, and supermarkets are available. Ample parking space is provided, and door-to-door garbage collection occurs daily. The community conducts proper painting every 5 years. Although there were past issues with bathroom leakages, they have been resolved. Amenities include a swimming pool, indoor games, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and walking track.
Things need improvement
The road quality is poor, with no street lights available, and speed breakers are absent. These factors contribute to potential safety concerns and inconvenience for residents and commuters alike.

Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with reliable electricity backup options in place, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, party hall, park, parking facilities, and multiple play areas are available.
Things need improvement
The roads inside the society were damaged and needed improvement in this area.

Road construction is ongoing, and common areas are cleaned daily. The garden is well-maintained, and garbage collection occurs every day.

Within the society, residents enjoy excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, small garden area, swimming pool, ample parking, and reliable fire safety systems. The construction quality is high, with no issues of water leakages ever reported. Overall maintenance is satisfactory, with round-the-clock water supply and regular garbage collection services in place.
Things need improvement
There is no natural sunlight inside the flat; residents always turn on lights during the daytime. There are no walking paths inside the society.

The maintenance services are excellent, with regular water supply, cleaning services, and a monthly maintenance charge of Rs.2400 per month for 2 BHK units. Construction standards are high, ensuring no construction issues. The amenities include a spacious gym, swimming pool, party hall, and indoor games area. The society has ample open space with lush greenery, providing a pleasant environment for residents.
Things need improvement
The location of the society is a bit high because of this there are plenty of traffic problems outside the society.

Hospitals are near the society, within 500 meters. Water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is also good in the society. Cabs and autos are also available in the society. Ventilation of the society is very good. Garbage collection is very good in the society on a day-to-day basis. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction is not good in the society. There are some seepage issues in both bathrooms and bedrooms. It will take 3-4 months to resolve the seepage issues.
