Good things here
Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society, which is very convenient. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Maintenance is very good, and construction quality is excellent. There is no unnecessary noise, and the overall environment is very convenient. Maintenance costs are reasonable at around 1500 per month. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and a play area, all well-maintained. Parking is ample within the society, and there is also visitor parking available. There is a children's hospital within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
There is some traffic coming in and out of the society, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance should be improved, especially in areas like the greenery within the society.
