Good things here
The water facilities here are top-notch, far better than what you find in other apartment complexes. Plus, we've got 24/7 power backup for all the common areas, so no worries about blackouts. And talk about cleanliness � the garbage collection is on point, separating wet and dry waste right at our doorstep. But it's not just about the utilities; this place knows how to celebrate! From Onam to Republic Day, and even Telugu and Punjabi festivals, every occasion is a blast. It's like one big family here. And don't even get me started on the amenities � swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, you name it � all in great shape and ready to use.
Things need improvement
While public transportation like buses is accessible, it's a tad distant, about 1. 5 kilometers away. The metro station is also a bit of a hike. As for medical facilities, hospitals are within 2-4 kilometers, which could be a concern in urgent situations.

Good commuting is made possible by the availability of public transportation, including cars and taxis. This housing society provides excellent maintenance, making sure the elevators are always operating properly, cleaning the premises on a regular basis, and efficient rubbish collection. Since there are no seepage or leakage problems, the construction quality is likewise praiseworthy. A comfortable living environment is facilitated by the buildings' good ventilation and abundance of natural light.
Things need improvement
There aren't many amenities offered in this housing society. The lack of a park, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, garden, or gym severely limits the leisure possibilities available to the people.
