We're really fortunate to have such a good amount of parking space allocated for all residents�it definitely makes life easier for everyone. The cleanliness and hygiene standards here are truly impeccable, and I'm grateful for the effort put into maintaining such a pristine environment. The timely garbage collection, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, shows a real commitment to sustainability and cleanliness, which is great to see. And it's really reassuring to know that we have uninterrupted water and electricity supply at all times. With CCTV cameras installed, I definitely feel safer knowing that security measures are in place. Plus, the functional lifts and pet-friendly environment make this community even more convenient and inclusive. And having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids just adds to the overall quality of life here. But what truly makes living here special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere. It's so heartwarming to see everyone come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events�it really fosters a strong sense of community and belonging.
Things need improvement
The distance to the metro station could pose some inconvenience for residents reliant on public transportation. Enhancing connectivity with more accessible options like autos, buses, and cabs could certainly mitigate this issue. Additionally, the absence of nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants may also prove inconvenient for residents. Having these amenities within close proximity is crucial for a comfortable living experience. Furthermore, the poor construction quality, resulting in issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, is indeed concerning and warrants attention.

This neighborhood is an absolute joy! One of the standout features is the warmth and friendliness of the neighbors, creating a true sense of community. With CCTV cameras and a vigilant security guard available round the clock, safety and peace of mind are never compromised. The connectivity here is superb, with buses, autos, and cabs readily accessible, and the well-maintained roads make commuting a breeze. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean environment. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. Each resident enjoys the privilege of designated parking, adhering to clear rules for orderly parking. The elevators are not just functional but well-maintained, ensuring smooth rides every time. With uninterrupted electricity and water supply, there's never a moment of inconvenience. The construction quality is top-notch, evident in the absence of seepage or termite issues, and the timely painting keeps the building looking fresh. Proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fittings, adds to the comfort of living spaces. Additionally, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and meticulously maintained, adding to the allure of this wonderful neighborhood.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are slightly higher, there are occasional repair and maintenance issues throughout the society. However, apart from these concerns, the society offers all the necessary amenities, and I can't think of any other major issues.

From my perspective, I find my society to be excellent and well-maintained. I appreciate the convenience of having schools and hospitals nearby, along with a variety of schooling options. The quality of the roads and new constructions adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I'm grateful that I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or water leakage so far. Moreover, the sense of community here is wonderful. I've made good friends, and we celebrate festivals together, which adds to the warmth of the neighborhood. The maintenance efforts are commendable, with timely garbage collection, cleanliness, and ample greenery enhancing the surroundings. One of the biggest perks is the availability of parking space. With ample room for residents and guests, parking problems are virtually nonexistent.

It seems like your society is generally well-maintained and provides amenities for children, which is fantastic. However, it's understandable to have concerns about specific amenities like the gym machines and the quality of swings in the garden. While the overall impression of the society may be positive, there could still be areas that need improvement in terms of maintenance or upgrades to amenities. Sometimes, certain amenities might not receive the same level of attention or investment as others, leading to issues like poor maintenance or outdated equipment.

Connectivity in the area is excellent, with auto cabs and a nearby metro station available. The quality of roads outside Society is impressive, and there are no issues with waterlogging inside or outside the society. The build quality is commendable, with all amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, display area, and gym available and well-maintained. Cleaning is carried out on a daily basis, with a dedicated team responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the society. The security staff is highly trained and ensures the proper management of allocated parking spaces, with visitor parking also available. High-security measures, including CCTV surveillance, cover all areas of the society. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community. Overall, the living atmosphere in Society is peaceful�and�enjoyable.
Things need improvement
According to my assessment, the build quality is indeed very poor, given the recurring issues of leakage and seepage in the society. However, there is now a maintenance team in place that is actively working to address these issues. We are hopeful that with their efforts, we can prevent these problems from recurring in our homes�in�the�future.

Recent power cut issues have disrupted daily routines and inconvenienced residents, highlighting the need for a more reliable power supply. The lift conditions are not satisfactory, with instances of getting stuck posing safety risks and significant inconvenience for residents. Additionally, cleanliness levels are just okay, indicating room for improvement in maintaining a cleaner living environment.

The society offers various amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well maintained. Residents are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, and the society is pet friendly. Additionally, CCTV cameras are installed and functional, enhancing security measures within the community.
Things need improvement
The society experiences significant issues with construction quality, including seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Guest parking facilities are not available within the society premises.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. The amenities are great with a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet with good interaction.
Things need improvement
The society lacks proper maintenance with time as there is no proper lifts service , garbage collection , water tank cleaning . The construction quality can also be improved as there ate cracks and leakage in the houses which needs a proper maintenance too .

Connectivity accha hai society ka. Auto, cabs wagera mil jata hai. Mall, market bhi hai society ke paas. Amenities hain society mein like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse sab hai. Power back up bhi hain yahan. Cleanliness is also good here. People are friendly here , festivals ke liye ek common area allotted hai jahan sab festivals manate hain saath. Safety issue bhi nahi hain, guards wagera hain. Lifts with CCTV are here, garden area mein bhi hain CCTV.
Things need improvement
The main concern was about the construction quality, Thoda bohot seepage/leakage ka issue rehta hai yahan har society ki tarah. Society paint 2 years me hota hai jo members pe depend hai.

Good things here
I stayed there before 3-4 years. Mantainance was ok. Seepage was accute in my flat. There was no water logging issues on my floor. There were gyms, club house in the society. Rest of the things were mantained. People were staying there were friendly. Festivals used to get celebrated in the society. Greenery was good, However, we are living in antara house in which balconies are very big.
Things need improvement
There was alot of seepage issues. There was only highway nearby. Malls were nearby. Connectivity was not that good. Club house was a little bit small. Balconies in houses constructed were very small
