Good things here
The best thing I love about living here is ample daylight from 9 AM to 6 PM, and the terrace, where we celebrate almost every festival, having a terrace in NCR is a blessing! Fully ventilated, lovely neighbours and peaceful (no traffic noises)
Things need improvement
I would say the blessing in winters, Sun become a hassle on upper floor in summers but AC works well then no issues.

Good things here
The atmosphere is relaxed with minimal traffic, and there's a spacious road nearby. Conveniently located near a petrol pump, hospital, and international school, the apartment enjoys an open side. The market and grocery shops are also in proximity, adding to the convenience of the location.
Things need improvement
The area faces challenges like the absence of a metro station and bus stand, resulting in connectivity issues and limited transportation options. Electricity problems are also prevalent, and the nearest shopping mall is 8 km away. Additionally, there is no nearby temple for religious activities.
