Good things here
It's reassuring that our society enjoys excellent transportation connectivity with wide and well-maintained roads. Maintenance is diligently managed, ensuring there are no issues with water supply or water logging. We benefit from a range of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and facilities for basketball and badminton. Additionally, the presence of lifts and CCTVs adds to our security and convenience within the premises.
Things need improvement
The construction quality needs improvement, especially due to seepage problems in the ceilings. The community comprises a mix of individuals with varying characteristics.

You can get most things you need right here in the neighborhood because there's a good market with everything you might want.

I recently moved here, but I'm not impressed. The area doesn't feel welcoming and lacks charm. Plus, the amenities in the community aren't very good and don't meet the needs of the residents.

This area is definitely worth considering! The big layout and easy access to public transportation make it even better.

I don't understand how the management can ignore these problems. The apartments here don't have basic amenities and they're not taken care of well.

Connectivity is good mall, market , hospital society ke pas hai . society hygiene and clean reheta hai .

Well-lit streets? Maybe if you're lucky. Most of the time, the streetlights are flickering or broken, making nighttime walks a terrifying experience.

Living in our society is truly a blessing, as we enjoy a plethora of amenities and conveniences that enhance our daily lives. Outside the society, we have easy access to various modes of public transportation, making it effortless to travel around the city. Nearby markets, schools, malls, and restaurants cater to all our needs, ensuring convenience at every turn. Inside the society, cleanliness and hygiene are of utmost importance, with regular garbage collection and pest control measures in place. Security is also prioritized, with functional CCTV cameras and well-maintained lifts for residents' peace of mind. Moreover, we are fortunate to have uninterrupted water and electricity supply, along with well-ventilated rooms that allow ample natural light and air circulation. What truly sets our society apart is the strong sense of community and camaraderie among residents. We come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering bonds of friendship and unity. It's heartening to be a part of such an educated, cooperative, and friendly community where everyone looks out for one another.

Regrettably, the construction quality of the buildings falls short of expectations. Several residents, myself included, have encountered issues such as seepage and leakage in our flats and bedrooms, which can be quite inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the quality of bathroom fittings leaves much to be desired, posing further challenges for residents. Furthermore, the absence of certain amenities, such as a larger clubhouse and a swimming pool within the society, is a disappointment for many of us.

The roads outside the society are commendably maintained, ensuring smooth travel. Moreover, the connectivity of our society is excellent, with public transportation options like autos and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, providing convenience to residents for their daily needs. The society prides itself on its cleanliness and hygienic standards, meticulously maintained for the well-being of all residents. Garbage collection is conducted punctually, ensuring a tidy environment. Thankfully, we do not encounter any significant water supply issues, and electricity disruptions are rare occurrences, if ever. The maintainace charges are very low, according to that the society is very well maintained. I pay Rs 2750 per month for 3 BHK for maintainance. Rooms are very spacious with proper ventilation. Amenities including a gym, clubhouse, and a dedicated play area for kids makes the society very good space for living. Almost all festivals are celebrated in the society, every month some or the other events happens in the society and people actively participates in all events, recently kite festival will also be held.

There are very limited public buses available around the society. The society is 12 to 13 years old now, for which seepage and leakage issues have become very common in all appartments now. I feel if the society would have swimming pool in it then it would be perfect in all terms.

The society has good good parking space, however I use 2 wheeler but for that also proper parking space is alloted. Outside our society, convenience awaits with nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants lining the streets. Garbage collection is prompt, with the use of multicolored bins for proper disposal within the society. Our surroundings are consistently clean, with hygiene maintained to high standards. Personally, I haven't encountered any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, the construction quality is really commendable. We're fortunate to have a range of amenities within our society, including a gym, clubhouse, park, badminton court and a designated play area for kids. What's even better is that all these facilities are meticulously maintained for everyone's enjoyment. The people in our society are not just neighbors, they're friendly, educated, and cooperative individuals. We come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering a strong sense of community and unity.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is a concern around this society as auto buses are not available easily around the society. The management is good but the management persons keeps on changing for which sometimes it takes time to resolve any issues that arise. There is no swimming pool available in the society.
