Good things here
The construction quality here is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Ventilation is proper, and the plaster and fittings are really good. There's a well-maintained garden, and the connectivity is great with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, which is very convenient. We have regular electricity and water supply, and the neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are well-maintained, and the garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is up to the mark except for the lack of amenities. There's no swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse available in the society. Other than that, everything is great.

Good things here
The construction is solid and reliable, with well-built structures that give a sense of security and durability. Every detail, from the materials used to the overall design, reflects a high standard of craftsmanship. Additionally, the community is very welcoming and supportive. Neighbors are friendly and always ready to lend a hand, making it easy to form connections and feel at home.
Things need improvement
While the society has its strengths, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. Connectivity could be enhanced to provide easier access to transportation options and nearby amenities. Similarly, while there are amenities available, expanding and upgrading them would further enrich the living experience.

Good things here
The residents were cooperative, and local transport such as autos and buses was readily available. There were no traffic problems. Festivals were celebrated together, and hygiene was well-maintained with water available 24/7. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and any issues in the society were quickly resolved.
Things need improvement
I have a few concerns. Connectivity is somewhat problematic since only online-booked cabs are available. Additionally, there are limited amenities, with only a park in place. I've also encountered issues with parking. I believe that improving connectivity and adding more amenities would greatly enhance the living experience here.

Good things here
This society is very well connected with roads, public transport, metro, shops, schools, and hospitals. It is very clean and has good gardening, waste disposal, and security. The amenities like the park, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and parking are very good. The people are friendly, it is safe, green, quiet, and has shopping and schools nearby.
Things need improvement
Although the society is good but the constructions needs some improvement as there are cracks in the walls . Leakage and seepage is also faced by the people over there

Things need improvement
While the amenities provided are adequate, the absence of certain modern facilities like a gym or recreational area limits leisure options within the building. Including these amenities could further elevate the residential experience for tenants.
