The presence of seepage and leakage issues indicates a need for proactive maintenance to address structural concerns and prevent further damage. The lack of proactive maintenance and the closure of amenities such as the swimming pool and gym for an extended period of 4-5 years are significant drawbacks, detracting from the overall quality of life for residents. Addressing these issues promptly would greatly improve resident satisfaction and the overall appeal of the community

Parking allotments are well-organized, providing residents with convenient parking solutions.
The temporary unavailability of certain amenities due to renovation work may affect residents' ability to fully utilize the facilities. Despite the commendable construction quality, ongoing construction activities might cause disturbances to residents in terms of noise and dust and hampers daily tarvelling

Society is really good as im living here since long back time,Siciety is very well connected as railway station and bus stop is near by the society. Society has high security system as there 24/7 security gaurds and all the areas are under cctv survilance. All the festivals are celebrated in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available.
Society is almost 22 years old now and construction is good till now but some other day there are issues like leakage and seepage. There are no amenities in this society but there are amenities created newly bit away from the society but that is not functional since years now due to some disputes amongs the members.

There are local market,grocerry shops,mall and restaurants near by the society. Rooms of the apartment are quite spacious and isolated,no leakage issues are there till now. maintenance facilities are good in the society. Owners has allocated parking in the society.
Power back up facilities are available only for common areas only. There are amaneities in the society but that is not functional after pendamic. There no parking available for visitors.

The society faces several challenges that impact residents' quality of life. Firstly, there is a lack of recreational facilities such as a gym and clubs, limiting opportunities for physical activity and leisure. Additionally, noticeable plaster issues on some buildings in common areas detract from the aesthetic appeal and may indicate maintenance concerns. Safety concerns arise due to deserted roads during afternoon and nighttime, particularly impacting female residents. Non-functional streetlight poles exacerbate these safety issues by reducing visibility. Moreover, residents often have to travel to the main road to catch autos or buses, which proves inconvenient and adds to commuting times.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Balcony available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Fire estinguisher is also available as safety features. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional.
Building quality is not good, The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Bathrooms tiles cracks and breaks easily. Society compound can be improved.

There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained and society is kept clean. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are maintained properly. Parking space is available. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Security system is good. The road quality is very good outside the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Lifts work properly, and timely maintainance are done.
The society is best in everything, I don't think any improvement is needed in the society. The management works very nicely in maintainaing the society.

There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society Hospitals are nearby the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Garden, walking area and play area for kids are available as amenities in the society. Alloted Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available. Greenery is maintained properly.
There were some construction problems seen previously in the buildings but it is resolved now. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are not available in the society Builder had promised to provide all these amenities and it was also shown in the plan but still these amenities are missing in the society. Metro station is 3kms away from the society.

Overall, the community appears to be well-managed and conducive to a high quality of life for its residents. There is nothing signififcant that needs to be added or chaned in the society

Auto rickshaws and buses are easily available near the society. Malls are within walking distance of the society. The society is kept very clean. The residents are decent and educated. The society is pet-friendly. Parking spaces were allotted to everyone. There was no fire exit in the flats, but it was present in all the buildings. There were walking tracks available.
The water supply in the society was provided by the BMC, but there used to be shortages during the summer. The flats in the society were not well-ventilated, and sunlight did not come in properly. Visitors had to park their cars outside. There were no modern amenities available. There used to be some traffic around schools during school hours. There were issues of seepage and leakage in the walls during the rainy season.
