The neighborhood has good buses and trains, even when it rains a lot. The building is in good shape, with elevators that work and get cleaned often. It's strong and doesn't have any leaks. People are friendly and like celebrating holidays together. There's also cool stuff like a gym, pool, and clubhouse to use.
The society often loses electricity, which makes life inconvenient. It disrupts daily activities, affects electronic devices, and sometimes requires using backup generators or other power sources.

The roads and street lights around my society are in excellent condition. I'm grateful for the nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores that cater to my daily needs. It's reassuring to have a hospital nearby as well. Parking is allotted for all residents, and public transport like autos and cabs is easily accessible outside the society. I'm pleased with the quality of water and the consistent availability of electricity and water supply. Hygiene is diligently maintained, and garbage collection is carried out promptly with dry and wet waste segregated separately. The rooms in my flat are well-ventilated, and I appreciate the abundant sunlight that streams in throughout the year. The carpet area and design of my flat are very appealing, and I haven't encountered any seepage or leakage issues. The society boasts all the amenities I could ask for, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area for kids, garden, and even a banquet hall. The people in my society are educated and understanding, always willing to offer assistance when needed. The security system is top-notch with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety at all times. With three spacious elevators, getting around the building is a breeze.
Occasionally, some residents park their cars in unauthorized areas, leading to chaos and inconvenience. The absence of a nearby metro station, though under construction, may pose challenges for those reliant on public transportation. I've also had to address termite issues in my flat, which required repairs to resolve. Additionally, it's unfortunate that the gym lacks air conditioning. Another concern is the cleanliness of certain areas, particularly the lifts, due to the presence of pets. Some owners seem careless in ensuring their pets do not contribute to dirtiness in shared spaces.

The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The elevators works properly and there are no major issues faced regarding that. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. There are open spaces available in the society, society is very spacious. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. The society is very pet friendly, I myself have a dog and I have never faced any issues. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Mobile network and traffic issues outside the society has never happened.
Sometimes very rarely problem arises regarding maintainance, but not a major one. Multicolored bins are not used to segregate wastes in the society. If some problems arise related to electricity or plumbing and if informed to the society it takes a lot of time around 3 to 4 days to resolve any issues that are raised. Most of the time leakage problems arises in the appartments, contruction quality is average. Indoor problems needs to be done by ourselves, society does not take any concern on it. The paintings are not done on time, building from outside looks damaged sometimes.

The water supply problem affects all residents, and the presence of termites and insects in the flats is concerning. Parking problems, particularly for personal vehicles, create chaos and inconvenience. Additionally, poor wall quality leading to electrical issues poses safety risks, and poorly maintained elevators add to the list of concerns. The overall construction quality has deteriorated over time, resulting in common issues like seepage and leakage. Timely maintenance, including regular paintings, is lacking, contributing to the deteriorating appearance of the buildings.

Public transport is easily available, but after 10:30 PM, it's necessary to rely on Uber or Ola as buses are not accessible. The metro station is between 1. 8 km to 2. 3 km away. Nearby, there are malls, Dmart, markets, schools, and a multi-specialty hospital. The roads are of good quality. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse with indoor games from 10 to 12, and three temples (Shiv and Ganpati) are available. All festivals like Durga Puja and Ganesh Utsav are celebrated. There are gardens, a gym, and yoga classes. There are a total of 9 societies and 27 buildings, with each society having 3 buildings. Garbage collection is efficiently managed in our building.
The Parkplus app has been installed, but its implementation is pending despite the federation contributing _45,000 However, the 100% implementation has not yet been completed this is why illegal parking occurs. There is a slight issue with street dogs and some issues with pet dogs as well. Parking is a significant issue. The quality of CCTV is very poor; car numbers cannot be seen clearly, and it's difficult to identify people. Tenants often keep illegal items on the staircase. Open parking is not properly allotted, and visitor parking is not allotted. External painting has not been done since the construction in 2011. . There is a minor issue of leakage in some bathrooms, which is resolved after personal work. Seepage is also a slight issue in a few flats. The lifts function properly but they need more maintenance.

The maintenance charges seem reasonable to me. There is enough parking allotted for residents. There are no traffic issues near the society. Water is available 24/7. The residents are cooperative. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and public transport is easily accessible.
There is no allotted parking for visitors inside the society; they have to park their vehicles outside. The construction finishing of the society is not up to the mark.

The apartments are built well, so there are no problems like leaks, seepage, pesticide issues, or cracks. Plus, it's easy to get around because there are plenty of autos and cabs nearby. Security is tight with a biometric system at the entrance. The society is kept clean and hygienic, and the lifts are regularly serviced and in good condition.
The society offers all the modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. However, the management committee needs to improve its maintenance of these facilities.

Auto,cabs,bus stand is available near by the society. maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Local railway station is far away from the society. Major leakage issues in the apartments. there are issues regarding parking in the society. maintenance of the society can be improve,security system is just average. Owners has to pay extra to use amenities in the society.

Autos and buses were readily available. Daily-use shops were available near the society. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. The flats were quite well-ventilated. People were good, and pets were allowed. There were fire exits in the society. The roads outside the society were wide and well-maintained.
The metro station was not nearby, and there were no malls nearby. There was a significant issue with water supply; only 2 months out of 12 had continuous water supply, while for the rest of the 10 months, water was available for only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Leakage was a major issue. The flats were not very spacious. Though there were amenities, they were not well-maintained; for example, the swimming pool was operational only during the summer, and there were additional charges for it. The clubhouse was also not well-maintained. Parking space was very limited, especially for bikes, and there were very few parking spaces available. Visitors had to park their vehicles outside.
