Good things here
Construction quality is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. All the amenities are availabe in the society and tenants are allowed to use this facilities without paying extra charges. Good security system and cleaniness was also good in the society. All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near by the society even railway station is 3km away from the society only bus services are available. Power back up is available for common areas only like lift and common area not for Units.

Good things here
You can easily catch a bus nearby, and the market is just a short walk away. The gym, swimming pool, play area, and garden are all there and kept in good shape. We have enough water, and the people here are nice.
Things need improvement
There are serious construction issues in our society, such as poor-quality building work, multiple leaks, seepage problems, and cracks in our apartment.

Living in this society offers a myriad of conveniences that enhance everyday life. With essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, everything we need is within easy reach. The designated parking ensures that each resident has a place to park their vehicle, promoting order and convenience. Connectivity is another plus point, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. Regular garbage collection keeps our surroundings clean and hygienic, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, ensuring smooth access to different floors at any time of the day. We benefit from round-the-clock electricity supply, and modern amenities like the gym and swimming pool are meticulously maintained for our enjoyment. What truly makes living here special is the sense of community fostered by our friendly and cooperative neighbors. With CCTV cameras and a dedicated security guard, safety and security are prioritized. Proper ventilation adds to the comfort of our homes, making every moment spent here enjoyable and fulfilling.

While there are many positive aspects to living in this society, there are also some areas that could use improvement. One major concern is the encroachment on the roads surrounding the society, leading to traffic congestion and inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the lack of segregation between wet and dry garbage contributes to environmental issues and detracts from the overall cleanliness of the area. Security measures, while present, are not up to par with expectations, with instances of items being left on staircases and reports of seepage problems within some residences. It's disappointing that issues are not always addressed promptly, leading to frustration among residents. Furthermore, the absence of modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool limits recreational options for residents. Despite the presence of CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard, there are concerns about their effectiveness in ensuring safety within the community. Lastly, the lack of cooperation and friendliness among residents detracts from the sense of community that should ideally characterize our living environment. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall living experience for everyone in the society.

Good things here
The people in the society are quite nice, friendly, and cooperative. We also celebrate festivals together in the society. Besides, the connectivity of the society is good as various modes of public transport like auto, cab, and buses are easily available. Nearby, there are schools, hospitals, markets, and all other�necessities.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a significant issue in the society, especially during the summer months. It's a major concern for me personally as proper water supply is not available. Additionally, the society is quite old now, and it's about time for a fresh coat of paint as no repainting work has been done since its�construction.

Good things here
The roads surrounding the neighborhood are in great condition and are regularly maintained. Garbage collection and other services within the neighborhood are managed efficiently and always on time. The society itself is well-ventilated and spacious
Things need improvement
Public transportation isn't readily accessible near the neighborhood, and reaching the railway station is big issue. The maintenance services within the society leave much to be desired, especially concerning water supply issues. Despite having a swimming pool, it's not well-kept and is relatively small. Although the construction quality of the buildings is good, dampness is a pervasive issue in every flat, posing a major concern.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity; it's easy to find rickshaws and there's also an auto stand nearby. There's parking available in the basement. Garbage collection is timely. Every flat has a balcony. Amenities like a gym and garden area are present, along with space for functions and programs. There's a functional swimming pool as well. The people in the society are friendly and accommodating.
Things need improvement
There's a bit of an issue with buses here, and the metro is under construction nearby but not yet available. We had some leakage problems in the flat, but we've fixed them. There's no clubhouse in the society.
