Good things here
The society's location in the central area makes it easily accessible via the Harbour, Central, and Western railway lines. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and there's a reliable security system with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. There's also designated parking space available for both owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
The apartment building is showing signs of aging, with some units experiencing water leakage issues. However, the managing committee has taken steps to address and fix these problems. As for amenities, the society offers only a few, such as a play area and clubhouse.

Good things here
People here are very friendly, and I have never faced issues with seepage, leakage, or cracks. Security is good, and the lifts are functional. There is a garden area, and the gym is well-equipped.
Things need improvement
The maintenance here is not good, with issues in cleaning and garbage collection. The water quality is poor, as it is hard water. Additionally, autos, e-rickshaws, and cabs are not easily available.
