Good things here
The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene consistently. Residents are friendly, cooperative, and supportive of each other. The society is pet-friendly, accommodating residents with pets. CCTV cameras are installed and operational, enhancing security measures. The overall security system is robust, complemented by the presence of security guards who ensure safety within the premises.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options such as autos and buses are not readily accessible outside the society. Additionally, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids are not available within the society, as it is a standalone building.

Good things here
Left the society three years ago. Autos and rickshaws were readily available, and the market was very close. Maintenance was good, ensuring cleanliness. Neighbors were very cooperative, effectively resolving issues collaboratively among all residents.
Things need improvement
There was a slight issue with seepage and leakage. Last year, there was a water logging problem, as seen in videos sent by friends. Due to the small size of the society and limited plot space, there were no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool.
