Good things here

The connectivity here is amazing! It's so easy to get to major IT hubs, malls, hospitals, and schools. Plus, the maintenance is fantastic. They keep everything in top shape without charging an arm and a leg. The construction quality is top-notch too, so no worries about durability. they're diverse and well taken care of. Plus, the social scene is lively with plenty of community engagement and inclusive celebrations.

Good celebration of festivities

Things need improvement

It's a shame there aren't any green spaces or parks in the project. Plus, the lack of good public transport makes getting around a hassle. Those maintenance charges are really steep too, putting a strain on tenants' wallets. And don't even get me started on the construction qualityseepage and cracks in the walls? Not cool. With such limited amenities, it's tough for everyone to find something they enjoy.

On the other hand, I am concerned about the poor construction quality observed in some structures within the project. Instances of seepage, plaster peeling off, and cracks in walls suggest substandard construction practices, potentially resulting in increased maintenance expenses for residents. Addressing these quality issues is crucial to safeguard the long-term durability of the buildings and uphold the overall satisfaction of the residents.
