Good things here
Gated community and peaceful neighborhoods. There are 2 guards at the front gate which is a good in terms of security.
Things need improvement
low quality materials used in this apartment. lack of the network connectivity. 5g js far away from this location even 4g isn't good. The doors of the new flats are broken. Actually this flat is good when you look into it from outside but the inside of this apartment is more dark than dairy milk...
