Daily use items were easily available near the society, and Ola and Uber services were accessible, ensuring convenient transportation options. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and all modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious living environment. Cleanliness was diligently maintained, and water was available 24/7, meeting the daily needs of the residents. Sufficient parking space was provided, and the lifts were well-maintained. Festivals were celebrated, adding to the vibrant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in the area faced significant challenges, with a scarcity of autos and buses, leading residents to rely on Ola or Uber for transportation. Furthermore, the absence of a nearby market posed challenges for accessing essential goods and services conveniently.

Good things here
Living in this housing society has been a good experience overall. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to travel. Maintenance is handled well, and the neighborhood is friendly. Although it's a standalone building with no amenities and minor construction issues, it still offers a comfortable living environment. There's no CCTV or security, but the community feels safe.
Things need improvement
The construction has minor issues and wasn't done properly. It's a standalone building, so there are no amenities available. There's also no CCTV or security, which can be a concern. Despite these issues, the connectivity is good, maintenance is reliable, and the neighborhood is friendly. With better construction and security, it could be a much better place to live.

Good things here
This society is great in many aspects, firstly there are top notch amenities available like there are gyms, swimming pools , playing area , public parks and club houses. Parking spaces are quite sufficient here. people here are very good nd participate, we celebrate many festivals like dussehra, Holi together in the club house itself. The maintenance of the society is good with timely issue resolution, garbage collection, proper lift facilities. I don't face any issues regarding seepage or cracks.
Things need improvement
Metro connectivity is not good here, metro is quite far away from the society. Also, the road outside of the society is not properly built so in rainy season there is a problem of water logging there which creates difficulty in commuting.

Good things here
The lifts were well-maintained, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness and hygiene were consistently maintained. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents were cooperative, and festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
The roads near the flyover close to the society were in poor condition and undergoing construction. Public transport was not easily accessible near the society. The management of the society was inadequate, and security measures were not efficient.

Good things here
Garbage collection and lift maintenance are consistently on schedule. Plumbers and electricians are readily available when needed. All amenities are not only well-established but also well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and balconies and windows in all flats are in good condition.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are no nearby metro or railway stations for office commutes, and the condition of roads is a bit poor. There's room for improvement in maintenance to address these concerns.

Good things here
The construction quality of the building was good, as there were no issues like seepage or leakage in my flat or anywhere else in the building. All the amenities were available in the society, and the security was active, providing a sense of safety.
Things need improvement
At that time, there were no convenience options available, and commuting was difficult. There was no shopping complex in the vicinity, with only a small grocery shop available. This lack of retail options had been inconvenient.

Good things here
The society is newly built, so we haven't had any issues like leaks, dampness, or cracks. We have all the latest amenities, and they're well taken care of. Our neighbors are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. We haven't had any problems with water or electricity, and the elevators are in good shape
Things need improvement
Getting around was tough because our society is newly built in an area with few public transport options. The market was far away, which made things even more inconvenient

Good things here
The security and intercommunication within the society are excellent. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are always on time. Electricians and plumbers are easily available. Ventilation in every flat is proper. All amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Since it's an underdeveloped area, transportation and markets are not readily available. The shopping mall is a bit far. Maintenance could be improved, and roads could be better.

Good things here
Well constructed society for private vehicle owner ,the roads here are very well constructed and connected so that you can reach your destination asap. Neighbourhood is also very friendly and trustworthy making the living experience more graceful.
Things need improvement
Public transports are not easily available here which is a point of attention and the people living on rent face parking issue in the society while the owner of the flat are having enough parking

Good things here
No Electric Issue in this society. Everything is well maintained. Cabs are available. There are schools and hospital nearby. There are malls underconstruction nearby which will be a great addition to the locality.
Things need improvement
Public transport is a concern as dwarka highway is not ready.
