Good things here
The project Ametek Sports Complex was launched in the year 2021. Location of the project looks very attractive due to close proximity of Surajpur Bird Century. Customers booked residential plot for construction of their house in the year back 2021 have still not been offered possession to them till now. They are fed up with project and may take stern action against the builder if possession not offered to them in a stipulated time schedule. The builder is launching another project at different parts of the country even without completing its first project, it seems financial position is sound.
Things need improvement
The development of the project Ametek Sports Complex is very very slow. It seems owner of Ametek Sports Complex project has still not obtained OC/CC from GNIDA which should have done before executing Builder Buyer Agreement. Customers booked residential plot in the year 2021 for construction of their dream home have still not been offered possession letter till now. The innocent and genuine customers are fed up with project Ametek Sports Complex and intent to take stern action against the builder. The Ametek Sports Complex the first project of the builder was launched in the year 2021 is still not completed which shows casual attitude towards innocent and genuine customers. However, builder is launching number of project in different parts of country without even completing its First Project Ametek Sports Complex why? The genuine customers of the project are feeling that builder has cheated with them very badly .
