Good things here

Auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society. There are good schools and hospitals near by the society. Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding seepage in the society. All the amneities are present in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and garden in the society. Crowd of the poeple is good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society. High security system and all the areas are under cctv survilanve. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.

Things need improvement

Everything in the society is good and as such there are no issues but society has not adopted the issue resolution process as if kind of problem accures we have to fix in on our own.

Good things here

Hotels, schools, hospitals, malls, markets, and all amenities are available near the society. The society has a clubhouse and all kinds of facilities. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in any of the flats in the society. The roads are well-constructed, and there are no issues of waterlogging. The parking space is ample, and parking is�available�24/7.

I don't have any problems or complaints with my society. The society is very well-maintained, and there is no need for any further improvement�in my society

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was very good. Maintenance quality was satisfactory in phase 1 with water supply and no water logging. Electricity supply was fine. Cleanliness and hygiene was taken care of. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. There was a play area for kids and parking lot. Residents were friendly and cooperative.

Things need improvement

Maintenance was not very good in phase 2 and 3. Construction quality was poor with seepage issues in bathroom and termite issues existed in the entire house. The material quality used for construction was not good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not functional as there were some legal restrictions on them

Good things here

Transportation connectivity is good with availability of auto and metro nearby. Market areas are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with proper Hygiene and regular cleanliness. Construction quality is also satisfactory with no Water logging issues. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative. All problems and issues are timely resolved.

Good things here

There are local market,grocerry shops,mall and restaurants near by the society. Rooms of the apartment are quite spacious and isolated,no leakage issues are there till now. maintenance facilities are good in the society. Owners has allocated parking in the society.

Power back up facilities are available only for common areas only. There are amaneities in the society but that is not functional after pendamic. There no parking available for visitors.
