It is a peaceful place for living as the homes are having good ventilation system and you can have abundance of sunlight. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem. Availability of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures complete safety of the residents as well the visitors. Parking space is ample and you need not worry about anything else.

Peenya Industrial Area Phase III and IV are around 12 - 15 km away from Hebbal. It is a pollution free place where safety and security is vey good. Malls, shops, cinema halls are just few minutes’ walk away. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members.

Everything is available at a walking distance like there are green parks, gym, swimming pool, ATM, grocery shops and other facilities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Thanks to the professional and advanced security personnel that you always feel safe and secured. Additionally the connectivity is much better as booked cabs reach here without any hassle and all the schools, colleges as well as bus stand are nearby.
